Move & Groove Yoga in the Armstrong Garden

Join us for a morning of wellness in the Louis Armstrong Garden with Yoga with Courtney Liddell, and live music by Alejandro Flórez.

Move & Groove Yoga visits our community of Corona/Queens to bring wellness and awareness in the beautiful Armstrong Garden. Naturally accompanied by a live improvisation, the practice will be a celebration of music and its transformative influence in the personal well being.

Participants will need to bring their own mat and a water bottle.
